Elina Tsingiroglou

Elina Tsingiroglou was born in Athens, Greece. At the age of 18, she won the first scholarship of the Hellenic Merchants Chamber and studied Painting and Art History at the University of Southeastern Europe, where she had the opportunity to see a total different perspective of art and emerge in the psychology of art. These influences, combined with a productive interaction in the studios of her French friends artists, in the next years, permitted her to find quickly her own style of expression. She continued her studies, in the field of Conservation of Works of Painting this time, in Petras Institute. As a conservator of icons herself, she worked in the 1st Ephorate of Byzantine Antiquities.

She was founder member of “art – idea”, an art production company and its art director from 2009 to 2013. She was also art director of “www.artinfotoday.gr” during the same period of time. She was presenter and chief editor of the TV show “Art being introduced” (Η Τέχνη Συστήνεται) at Focus Web TV www.focuswebtv.gr (2012-2013)

Since 1992 she exhibits her work in museums and galleries all over the world.

In September 2013, she founded “Point of Contact / Art, Human, Gaia”, a center of Art and Healing, in Kifissia, Athens, Greece. (www.pointofcontact.gr)

She also started to expand Healing Painting, a fresh pioneer system she inspired and applied in hundreds of private and group sessions, combining different energy healing methods and techniques of meditation, with painting as platform and a holistic healing of life as purpose. Her life is shared between travels all over Greece to give conferences, having personal sessions and organizing seminars about Healing Painting and Theta Healing and lot of work in her studio, while in Athens, preparing always the next step of exhibiting her creations in Greece and abroad, being simultaneously an eternal student of life herself.

Works of hers can be found in MOYA, Museum of Young Artists in Vienna, Austria, in Museo d’Arte Contemporanea del Belvedere di San Leucio, in Caserta, Italy, in ARCOS Museo d’ Arte Contemporanea Sannio, in Benevento, Italy, in Athinais, Athens, Greece, in the private collection of Spazio Tempo Arte, in Verona, Italy and in many private collections worldwide.

She is a member of AIAPI, (Associazione Internazionale Arti Plastiche Italia, comitato italiano di IAA/AIAP Unesco official partner), Public Relations Manager and Location Manager of AIAPI in Greece, organizing art exhibitions about Human Rights.
